PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
(Meeting Date Change & Executive Session)


In accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Medford Lakes, New Jersey will conduct a Regular Meeting at 7:30pm on Tuesday, December 22, 2009, at Oaks Hall, located in Municipal Cabin, 1 Cabin Circle, Medford Lakes, New Jersey 08055. This meeting was originally scheduled for Wednesday, December 23, 2009. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss regular Borough business. An Executive “Closed Door” Session will precede the above noticed meeting starting at 6:00pm. The Executive Session is to discuss Borough Engineer – Employment Matters. Official action may be taken during the Regular meeting. The Regular meeting is open to the public.
