AN ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2010 (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14)

(PURPOSE - In The Cy 2010 Budget Year, The Final Appropriations Of The Borough Of Medford Lakes Shall, In Accordance With This Ordinance And N.J.S.A. 40a: 4-45.14, Be Increased By 1%, Amounting To $30,174.85 In Excess Of The Increase In Final Appropriations Otherwise Permitted By The Local Government Cap Law, And That The Cy 2010 Municipal Budget For The Borough Of Medford Lakes Be Approved And Adopted In Accordance With This Ordinance.)

(PURPOSE - To Amend And Increase The Annual Sewer Rates.)

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF MEDFORD LAKES AMENDING CHAPTER 145, THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CHAPTER OF THE BOROUGH OF MEDFORD LAKES CODE ESTABLISHING A DEFINITION FOR DRIVEWAY, IMPERVIOUS SURFACE AND PERVIOUS SURFACE AND MODIFYING BULK REGULATIONS RELATING TO LOT COVERAGE

PURPOSE: To Lessen The Impact Of Storm Water Run-Off.

Ordinance(s) 579 & 580 were introduced at a special meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Medford Lakes held on June 1, 2010, and read for the first time. Ordinance 566 was introduced at a regular meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Medford Lakes held on June 9, 2010, and read for the first time. The Ordinance(s) will be considered for final passage by the Medford Lakes Borough Council in Oaks Hall, at Municipal Cabin, 1 Cabin Circle, Medford Lakes, NJ at a meeting beginning at 7:30pm on June 23, 2010. All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning such Ordinance(s). This meeting is open to the public. Official action may be taken. Copies of these Ordinance(s) are available without cost to the public in the Clerk’s office, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
