The foregoing Ordinance(s) were considered for adoption and adopted following a public hearing at an advertised meeting of the Borough Council on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 having been introduced at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Medford Lakes held on July 8, 2009, and read for the first time. These Ordinance(s) shall take effect upon publication in accordance with the law.
