Public Notice – Emergency Meeting

In accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq. and Exceptions under N.J.S.A. 10:4-9 notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Medford Lakes will conduct an emergency meeting on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 5:30pm. The emergency meeting will be to introduce and adopt emergency traffic regulations related to the 2009 Canoe Carnival event. This emergency meeting will be held in Oaks Hall, at Municipal Cabin, 1 Cabin Circle, Medford Lakes, NJ 08055. Official action may be taken. This emergency meeting is open to the public.
