Ballinger Lake will be lowered by four (4) feet starting today, Monday, April 5, 2010. The lowering has been ordered by NJ DEP - Dam Safety and the Burlington County Office of Emergency Management to allow the Burlington County Highway Department to make repairs to a storm water drain.
