Oaks Hall Construction Update - July 11

As everyone can see, the log shell of the new municipal building is now up. A contract for the staining of the logs is in process and the windows for the building are on order and should be installed in early August which will complete the building envelop.

Bid specs for the final interior fitout of the interior of the building including all electrical, mechanical, HVAC and all other interior finishes is in process and will be out for bid by the end of July. It is Borough Council's intent to award a General Construction bid for the completion of all remaining interior fitout. Completion of the site work will be handled by a separate bid. This should put the building on schedule for completion by year end.
