Easi Prooperty

The Borough has entered into a consent agreement with the owners of the Easi property at the corner of Lenape and Stokes road which will result in the removal of the current structures by no later than November 1st, 2007. This will allow the present owners an opportunity to complete a potential commercial sale of the property. However, regardless of whether a sale goes through, the structures are to be removed by November. In the event the structures are not removed by November, the Borough retains the right to perform demolition on it's own and put a lien on the property to reimburse costs.
